Community Plan

We are excited to share our first community plan!

This plan has been shaped by 205 survey respondents (including: individuals, businesses, community service organizations, and local government) and 40 working-group participants across the East Kootenay who shared their experiences and insights with us in 2025-2026. It will guide our work across the region for the next three years. 

Thank you to everyone who shared their expertise and guidance throughout this process. We are honoured to have your guidance in shaping our work and growing this initiative.
